Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

Custom scenes are digital. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.

Where it arrives

We send your scene to the Instagram account or email address you entered when ordering. On Instagram it arrives as a DM from @genjoyboy_, so check your message requests. By email, check your spam folder too.

When it arrives

Usually within 3 to 5 days of payment. During busy drops it can take longer, and we'll message you if yours will be late.

Wrong handle or email

Contact us with your order number and we'll send it to the right place.
