This policy explains what we collect when you order a custom scene and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your Instagram handle or email address, so we can deliver your scene.
• Your scene details: the characters, your idea, the lines and any directions you write.
• Payment details you enter at checkout, which are handled by Razorpay and, for some international payments, PayPal. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and the contact details you give them, such as your email or phone number. We never see your full card or bank details.

How we use it

To make and deliver your scene, contact you about your order, handle refunds, and keep the records we're required to keep by law.

Who we share it with

Payment processors (Razorpay and PayPal) to take your payment, and the animation tools we use to produce your scene, which receive your scene text. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Saved drafts

The order page saves your unfinished scene in your own browser so you don't lose it. It stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver your scene, give support and meet legal and tax obligations.
